Can. A- Mildew, grassy, citrus. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Dank, subtle bitterness, citrus. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, grassy finish. O- Wasn’t sure what this would be like going in. With the hops used, I was hoping for a loaded juicy refreshing beer. Definitely much more bitter and grassy than I thought it would be. A bit let down.

Can from Milk and Hops, as Calyptra Session IPL. Sort of a hazy yellowish-gold pour with a nice, fizzy, egg shell head and some solid lacing. Melon and citrus, some yeast, dough, and a bit of spice. Finishes somewhat dry. Malt backbone holds up pretty well to the hops. Fizzy feel, with a long, clean, tingly finish. Not a world class beer, but way above serviceable.

Bottle. It pours a clear golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma is strong with flowery hops and grapefruit. The flavor is light and flowery. Hop forward with very light pale malts. Low bitterness and a little citrusy in the finish. Very crushable.
