Bottle shared massive thanks to deanso. Slight hazy golden with fluffy white head. Sweet malts, light yeast, bitter herbs, soft coriander, light booze and honey. Quite some spices but it doesn’t really help. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied.

Dark golden colour. Aroma and flavour are dominated by the spices especially the caraway and honey. Also a touch of yeast in the taste too.

A brown yellow beer, a head is dense, clouding, big and blond. Aroma has fruitness and lemon, strong spicyness. Taste is strongly spicy and peppery, lemon and fruitness, hint of coriander, also bitterness in the end. Medium+ bodied, smooth carbonation. Personal with the complex spicyness.

Second beer of this beer company, marketed as a ’pleasure beer’ and spiced with not just your ordinary coriander, but cumin seed and caraway, also with added honey and oak aged. Creamy, off-white head, deep peach blonde colour, near amber. Aroma of vanilla, butter, honey, green apple, white grapes, coriander, fennel, dough, oak, yoghurt and cheese. Subdued fruity onset, light sweetish, a bit buttery, sourish accent, light bitter finish with slight woody touch and retronasal spiciness but some solvents as well. Complex recipe but not quite delivering what the recipe promises.
