We’ve adopted a number of New England IPA brewing techniques to give a full bodied, juicy sour IPA. Fermented with a mixed house culture and dry-hopped with 12g/l Hallertau Blanc. Full on gooseberry and pineapple aroma with a white wine-like flavour.

Keg at Bow Bar. It pours crazy cloudy orange with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tart, tangy, orange sherbet, um bungo and tropical vibes. The taste is dry, crisp, bitter - sweet, sour, sherbet loads of tropical fruits, um bungo, mango, peach, sour candy, bit green, grassy and some danky edge with a dry, sherbety finish.. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Super fruity and sour. Fun stuff.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - murky golden orange. Thin head. Nose - resin, green plant stalks and lime pith. Very green. Taste - still very green and dry. Thai lime leaves, stalky again. Palate - dry and sour. But dry is dominant. Fairly good length but very challenging. Overall - a bit challenging.
