Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, ripe nectarine, cinnamon, fruit stones, soda powder, oak, minerals, bark, grass, flowers, berry skin, hints of cloves. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, nectarine, soda powder, fruit stones, cinnamon, sorrel, sour berries, cloves, grass, berry skin. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle 375ml. [ As Almanac Nectarine Cobbler ].ABV: 7.2%. Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy and open, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, nectarine, cinnamon, fruit peel, fruit tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, nectarine, cinnamon, funky, sour fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Cloudy yellow, white head. Aroma has cinnamon, christmas spices. Some nectarine underneath. Cinnamon and ginger flavour. Again, some fruit underneath but heavily domintated by the spices. Not my thing.

On draught at Bob’s Bar during the "16th Annual Extravaganza!!!" on 02/24/2018. Hazy golden color with a medium thick white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of tart citrus, spice, vanilla and malt. Medium body with flavors of nectarine, cinnamon, vanilla and bready malt. The finish is tart nectarine and vanilla. Good beer all around.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, small off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma is nectarines, spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, plenty of vanilla. Flavor is very light tart, nectarines, vanilla and spices. Really does capture a cobbler feel. Interesting. Medium body, soft carbonation.
