Bright | Fresh | Resinous
Clean and bright, this West Coast pale has a dry pallet to let the classic American hops shine through with Mosaic, Azacca, Simcoe hops. Fresh, vibrant and resinous.
If you're fond of sand dunes and salty air, consider Norfolk. Sweeping coastlines that define the region as much as the vast skies. Instantly recognisable, our coastal dunes perpetually shift with each tide, gently changing the landscape in a state of continual variation. Sweeping Coast is resinous, bright and fresh yet subtlety undulating on a journey, one that is always set to home.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Banana, apricot & peach yoghurt aromas. Taste is spookily similar to the above. Spicy sweet resinous brew.

440ml can from Sainsburys. Pale golden pour, thin white collar of head. Light grainy aroma, touch of ocitrus. Taste doesn't deviate, light, biscuity, fruity quaff that's very easy to drink. A touch sea salty air too

Can. Drove Orchards. Sat in the hotel room in Brancaster Staithe. Lightly hazed pale gold. Good firm lasting white foam. Nose has sappy pine. Honey malts. Touch of menthol. Taste has some sweetness but mostly it’s bitter and pithy and herbal. Good body overall. Crisp bitter finish. For me this is the style Duration do best.

Slightly hazy, light yellow in colour. White, abundant foam falls slowly. Citrus edge, lots of grapefruit, lemon or lime zest. In the background delicate white stone fruit, apricots, mirabelle plums, grain. Somewhere deep inside vibrates delicate sweetness. Saturation in the lower regions, medium bitterness.

Can at home. Good pour and a great level of bitterness in the taste and a nicely grating mouthfeel. Pretty good.

(Keg at Oluthuone Haka, 20240817) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, citrus fruits and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, honey, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A tasty and balanced hoppy brew.
