Bottle at Tania's parents' home. Pours hazy dark golden with thick off-white head. Aroma of ripe bananas, bread, some caramel. Tastes slightly sweet with little bitterness. Medium bodied.

50 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Trinkgut, Kleve. Clear dark golden with a white head. Weizen aroma with some sour note. Sweet taste with a bitter low sour finish. Some fruitiness as well. Interesting brew but not necessarily very tasty.

500ml bottle. Clear faint, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, fading, white head. Mellow, bready and grainy malty aroma, a fruity touch of apple juice. Taste is sweet-ish, bready and grainy malty, fruity, notes of apple juice. Thin, monotonous and a bit watery.

Pours orange from the bottle. The head fizzes and fades and the beer takes on a flat, inert look. Aroma is much like that of a Weizen: banana, a bit yeasty, hints of apple. Taste sweet up front, takes on a light sourness at the finish. Body is medium, carbonation is mild. Overall it’s quite drinkable and rather quirky, but still not very interesting.

Bottle @ home. Hazy murky pale yellow color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, yeast, slightly herbs or spices with a slight sweetish touch. Average body and carbonation. Meh.
