At 7.4% this hop forward New England IPA is hazy and juicy with a mouth watering tropical fruit aroma.

Packed with fruit flavour, the Mosaic provides wonderful complexity - it's like a tropical taste explosion with citrus, mango, blueberry and pineapple notes coming through, finishing with a balanced tanginess, and a tiny little hop tingle at the back end!

Keg at Pork and Co, Canterbury, 14/09/21. Murky orange to amber with a decent egg shell white cap. Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, pine resin, old skool vibes, sweet malts, mango. Taste comprises orange pith, mango, bitter tropical fruits, pine resin, raw pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close doused with punchy hop bitterness. Decent IPA with and old skool leaning.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Misty gold, white froth. Fruity orange, grapefruit, pineapple nose, continuing to taste with a noticeably pithy dry bitterness, zesty lemon and grapefruit with a touch of resin. Ok.

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of tangerine and grapefruit. Flavour of salted orange and bubblegum. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Sweet and sugary but with enough hoppy bite to balance it out. Not sure if it’s a typical NE IPA but it’s a tasty beer.

Pint can at Real Ale. Hazy orange golden with light head. Aroma is fruity, juicy, mildly bitter. Taste stays in the zone for a NEIPA, juicy, fruity, citrus and tropical.
