Keg at Cotts. Aroma is sour, vinous. Clear dark gold. No head. Sour. Vinous. A hint of sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Bottle at home picked up from Arch 7. A clear golden coloured pour with a fading loose white head. Aroma is funk vinous fruits, raw oak, bark, woody lemon rind, mellow lacto, damp hay. Flavour is composed of rustic grains, straw, earthy grape, vanilla, raw oak, light tart, subtle funk, spicy finish. Palate is light tart, spicy ,mellow carbonation. Very nice.

Keg at Salt Horse. Pours crystal clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of funk, oak, red wine, light malts. Taste is dry, bretty, red wine, yeast spice. Compelling.

Keg at Mother Arch 2, 04/11/21. Clear golden pour with a limited fast escaping white head. Nose is light funk, tangy berrified fruit esters, grape must, dusty hay, stoned fruits. Taste comprises stoned fruits, mellow acidity, lemon tinged straw, funk, tannins, wine barrel tones, lychee, farmyard esters. Medium bofief, fine carbonation, light drying close with a mellow acidic whisper. Solid complex saison.

Clear blond colour with no head. It's got citric and vinous notes. Elements of funk and gentle yellow fruits. Vinous and dry in the finish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Kernel online. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Lovely beer overall, lightly sweet, with some stealthy acidity, lemony tang, nips of vanilla, oak. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Tart finish, more citric acidity, moderate woody dryness. Very clean and refreshing.

Light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. A fair degree of citric tartness with some mild savoury brettyness underneath. The red wine barrel comes through on the finish, it's clear but could be clearer and stronger for me. Crisp fairly dry tart finish. Good stuff, just wanted a bit more red wine to offset the tartness.
