Hazy orange color, big cloudy white head. Fruity, bubbelgum aroma. Crisp, carbonated, refreshing. Dry, earthy flavor, overriped banana. Sweetish aftertaste. Nice ok weizen.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of wheat and light notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of wheat and banana, leading to a very dry wheaty finish, where light notes of peaches show up.

(Bottle 50 cl) Cloudy amber golden with a dense, white head leaving laces. Distinct banana- and orange aromas. Medium body with sweet notes of fruit and some yeast. Soft and smooth - no bitterness. A very decent Hefe. 071106

Bottle: Hazy, pale golden, medium-sized fluffy head, slowly collapsing; wheaty-fruity (bananas, citrus-fruit) nose, mild sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; a light tartness in the citrus-fruity-wheaty finish. A refreshing Weizen..........

Draught. Overripe banana aroma, smells a bit moldy. Cloudy orange colour. Small, semi-stable, creamy white head. Carbonation is mild, a little too mild for Weizen. The flavour is citric and a bit earthy. Citric and phenolic aftertaste.

Absolutely huge, fine-bubbled, faint yellowish head; very pale yellow, hazy beer with faint greenish shine. Chalk, vanilla, bit oppressive nose, fruity; oranges and some banana. I get a whiff of preserved ginger too, but no cloves. Fresh citrussy taste, wheat. Again very little spiceyness: no cloves, just maybe some peppery impression in the finish. Quite sparkling Weisse (second in a row). Rather light body, but nearly velvety wheat feel. OK Weisse, different from the other Bamberg area ones.

Bottle. Strong banana/orange aroma with a hint of cloves. Dark yellow color with only slight cloudiness. Flavor is very nice - primarily orange/citrus with slight clove/pepper flavor - pretty light tasting. Not your usual Weissbier.

Bottled. Pale yellow, hazy, lively. Dry banana aroma. Firm, malty and really surprisingly malty for a hefeweizen - which I like. Very refreshing.
