50cl Fles van REWE Wolfratshausen. Donkerbruine kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Tarwe, licht gebrand, hint van koffie, caramel, banaan, licht kruidig. Lichte body. Degelijke Dunkelweizen.

Wheat. Caramel. Touch of banana.

Аромат жирной пшенички, много дрожжей, но при этом не противно и запах не сильный, что странно, немного бананов, совсем без гвоздики, немного самой пшенички. Пенка стойкая и пышная, немногго в серость, цвет супер темный, как будто темная пшеничка, хотя кое где указана она как обычная. Вкус питкий по большей части, много карамельки, как и ожидалось по цвету. Бананы есть но немного, не хватает жирности в конце. Послевкусие только с самой пшеничкой, то есть солодовое. В целом нормально, но без изысков.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is malt, wheat, dark bread, banana, yeast, a little caramel. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with low bitterness. Medium body. Easy drink, plenty of darkish malts.

From the bottle at Bierkirst Munich. Another from M.J.'s 500. Dep orange-brown color with a tall, foamy head. Nose is orange, clove, cocoa, light caramel, wheat, banana. Toasty, slightly nutty flavor, clove and banana, but not very sweet at all. Finishes very dry and bitter for the style. I would not call it great, but it is quite unique. Not a full-on chocolaty dunkelweizen, but halfway there and very dry and bitter. Maybe it can stay--not sure!

Unertl Weißbier aus Haag i.OB., Flasche an der Hotelbar in Wasserburg. - Dunkles Goldbraun, stark hefetrüb. - In der Nase recht säuerlich weizenmalzig, erinnert an ein Roggenbier, ein Hauch von Bitterschokolade, etwas Klee und Nelke. - Antrunk luftig-leicht (viel zu stark rezent) und zart säuerlich dunkelweizenmalzig mit feiner Nelke, Anklängen an Dörrobst, unreife Banane und Orangenschale. Blasse Karamelsüße. Im Abgang sehr milde Herbe. - Etwas für den ganz großen Durst im Sommer: dünn im Körper wie im Geschmack, stark karbonisiert und erfrischend säuerlich, auf seine Weise durchaus stimmig nur eben kaum geeignet, einen Weizenbier-Skeptiker wie mich zu bekehren. Bottle shared at Pot Still. It pours clear amber - brown with a medium fluffy off - white head. The aroma is toasty grain, sweet, hint of malt sourness, caramel, toffee, banana bread, fruit cake, banana split, dried fruits and some clove. The taste is crisp, dry initially, toasty grains, cereal, toffee, caramel, dried fruits & berry, warming spice, peppery & clove, something almost vinous about it, leafy and a touch of tannin with a drying finish. Average body and and moderate+, foamy carbonation. Quite a unique take on a weissbier. Neiss.

Bottle at home with the barbecue flaring, 13th June 2023. Pours pretty dark for a weiss, orange brown. Aroma is yeast, some banana, citrus, refreshing. Went down quickly
