500mL bottle best before 28.02.2025, drunk 12.10.2025.
With a ton of agitation, I got it to come out cloudy, but it had fully settled. It's a rusty-auburn with a light beige head that is small, and moderately well-retained.
Smells and looks like a dunkelweizen. Very peppery with big caramel notes, though no big toast. Lots of nutty, lightly metallic yeast with big pepper on the end. Not very fruity, and no big clove or bubblegum, but yeah, obviously sat on the warm shelf for too long. The lightly autolyzed, lightly metallic yeast isn't doing much for it, either.

50 cl bottle. Gift from a friend. Not a Weizen aficionado. Cloudy orange/amber. Medium white non stable white head.Malts and banana aroma. Deeper flavor than an average Weizen. Slight vinegar finish.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Minimally toasty, wheaty malty aroma, a touch of rye spiciness. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly toasty, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, notes of banana, overripe banana, a touch of baked banana, honey, subtle rye spiciness; grassy, mildly bitter, hoppy finish. Watery texture with a creamy strand, minimally dry, simultaneously minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite fruity, subtle (more malty than yeasty) spiciness - very nice.

Bottle. Orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized fluffy slightly off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, mild spiciness, some banana and a bit olive-like elements. Flavour is bananas, some clove, yeast, mild herbal and some citrus tones with wheat and mild grainy tones. Tasty.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber with a big fluffy head. Loads of clove and overripe banana, light citrus, estery notes, sourdough bread, grain, yeast. Mild dry sourness, fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry clovy fruity finish. Nice!

Bottle from Corti Bros. Pours dark copper with a transient, tho large, beige head. Aroma has spice, bubble gum and banana notes. Med body. Flavor is banana and spice and hints of bubble gum. A very true hefe, the way I remember them. Most American craft hefes I've tried haven't the flavor power of this. Nostalgically excellent.

16oz bottle pours a dark gold. Screw it, it's brown. Clumpy white head. Nose has bubblegum, clove, yeasty dough, some golden raisin. Flavors of raisins and some banana, malt is there, wheat too, bubblegum. Finishes off dry, not overly estery which helps.
