[ As Cool Head Brew Sour Cucumber ].
ABV: 4.0%. Hazy - murky matt medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, cucumber, cucumber peel, light citrus - lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, cucumber, cucumber peel, cucumber salad, dough, dry, light citric - lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190831]

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours hazy pale yellow, no head. Aroma of light malt, light sourness, cucumber, little citrus. Flavor is sour, malt, fruity, cucumber, light citrus. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 310819

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. No head. Color is pale golden and slightly hazy. Aroma and taste are rich cucumber, fruits, lactose acid, malt and hops. Nice long sour finish.

Tap at Pub Rooster, Oulu. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Salt, some sourness, some wheat, some fruits and some malts. Not for me. Cucumber is new pumpkin.
