Bottle, 6.85%. Unclear amber/orange with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, orange, spicy, pepper, caramel, notes of phenols and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, spicy, spices, orange, fruit peel, medium dry, little sweet, grass, little funk, little harsh, little over carbonated, notes of sourness and bitter.

Bottle shared at the February MDF tasting. Hazy orange, large fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of apples, bread, honey, spice, mild barnyard. The taste is citrus, bready malt, yeast, spice, apples. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

500ml bottle thanks to Rich. Pours out a pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is big Brett notes bread malts spice. Taste is Brett dust some barnyard lemon citrus spice.

Cloudy golden color. Aroma of fresh wood, incense, coriander. Dry mouthfeel; a lot of spicy yeast character; at least in the final there is a nice touch of citrusy hops.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, some grainy notes, and a little farmhouse quality. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of grainy notes, farmhouse notes and Belgian yeast. Very complex, with a lovely grainy quality. Excellent.

Bottle - Nice sweet stone fruit and funk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet, bitter and really funky. Nice.

Bottle poured and split at Matt’s. Pours a cloudy orange color with a patchy foam head. Orange fruit and grain heavy aroma. Flavor closely matches with a maple like finish. This beer tastes exactly how the bottle describes it. Totally an autumn beer. I don’t even know why. Orange fruit bitter finish. Solid.

Really nice little 500 ml bottle. Pours a somewhat cloudy orange hue with a large white head. A light funky citrus nose. Rich light brett, citrus, soft sweetness. Very good, enjoyable and easygoing brew. Should appeal to just about everyone.
