Fat på Brewskival. Knallröd, disig med vit krona. Hallon, lime, fänkål, tydlig lakritston, nästan lite hockeypulver. Snäll syrlighet och sötma.

Smakprov på Brewskival 2019. Doft av syrligt hallonlakritsgodis. I smaken blir det tydligt att det inte är lakrits utan fänkål ihop med hallon och citrus. Kul

On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Sour Beer Weekend. Shared with little Dina. Murky reddish pink, minimal head. Aroma is spicy at first, anise or licorice, turning to tart berries, raspberry, dark cherry. Cherry yoghurt. Light candy, milky candy. Soft acidity. Smooth and soft, with moderate carbonation, balanced puckering sourness and lactose present. Very good balance of spicy, fruity and acidic notes in flavour, wonderfully executed anise component. Quite sour and puckering moderately lasting finish. Sour bite. Refreshing. Quite unique.
