Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a lacing, white head. Dusty malty nose. Medium body, sweet maltiness, really rustic and grainy even with a cardboard hint. Hardly any bitterness. 021125

Second round for this beer, buying it at the Billa, Ebreichsdorf, before to walk along the Danube, drinking it at night, a bit sour at the beginning, after becoming more smooth, malty, yeasty, dry, mineral, not so fruity, a bit creamy, bitter.

Draught Good yellow head over very lively carbonate veiled orange-golden beer. Very fresh yeast, as hanging over a fermenting vessel. Yeast completely dominating the nose. Fresh beer, again with a lot of yeast(features), if less imposing than in the nose. Very light citrusflavour. Faintly floral. Quite carbonated, spritzy. Faintly slick, but light body. Decent, nothing more.

App:Cloudy dark golden with medium/small creamy head.
Taste:Light caramel ,malt,fruit and minerals.
Palate: Creamy with medium/light body and medium carbo.

Draught. Sort of like a kellerweiz to me. Nice earthy notes. I liked it.

Draft at Stiegl-Klosterhof in Linz, Austria. The pour is a cloudy golden orange with a foamy white head with nice lace. The aroma is grain malt, mineral and earthy. The taste is an unfiltered mineral earth, cereal grain, the slightest touch of noble hop and finishes dry with mineral. The palate is medium to light bodied with an unfiltered mouthfeel and a crisp dry finish. Fresh and clean Zwickl.

0.5 l bottle. Pours hazy orange with thin white head. Slight hoppy bitter aroma and taste with citrusy overtones. Short bitter finish, lively carbonation, light body. Slightly above average but expected more.

Bottle from Interspar, Feldkirch. Aroma is grainy malt, hay, wheat, bread, yeast, hint of fruits and hops. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Decent Zwickl.
