Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, yeast, overripe fruit and a bit of sweat. Pours cloudy amber color with large frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing yeasty and overripe fruity, following is bready, grassy and leathery, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Not so grand, but still drinkable…

Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Pretty clean malt-centered brown ale. A tad more sweet than it needs to be, but nice caramelly nutty malty flavours, a bit honeyish, a hint of chestnut? Also med-light estery fruitiness. Good.

Bottle, 0.5l. Murky copper / brown pour, one finger frothy off-white head. Lasting head, good retention, thick lacing on the glass as it goes down. Nice on the nose, herbal and hoppy, fruity, nice floral notes in the background. Thin body, lively carbonation, refreshingly fizzy. Light texture, average mouthfeel, prickly. Easily drinkable. Bittersweet taste with subtle fruity sour notes in the background. Aroma of herbs and grass, spices, yeast. Grainy, floral, mild spicy. Toasted caramel, a bit bready, hints of ripe fruits in the background, touch of citruses. Dry, lingering herbal bitterness. Medium lasting finish. Quite decent. Good thirst quencher.
