bottle, bought in England. Golden yellow, large head. Quite hoppy and full-bodied brew, nice.

Bottle: Poured a golden color lager with a medium head that disappeared a tad too quickly. Aroma of malt with some very subtle sweet floral notes. Taste is quite bland with some average sweet malt and no hops that are easily distinguishable. I can’t believe that this is a pilsner – I would never had guess from drinking this below average beer.

Small, slightly irregular white head over pale, metallic-golden beer. Outspoken grainy nose, as a sac of horse fodder old style, or a particulary nasty insular breakfast item. Toasted, I suppose. Same flavour as smell, it gets a greenery hint which makes the breakfast connection even more plausible - the British one, I mean. Raw malts, greenmalts obviously. Still, it’s a shock that you adapt to. I catch myself nipping and nipping again - did it really...? Burning MF, light to medium bodied, slight grist slickness. Not going to be my favourite. It’s... original...

Bottle. Very pale yellow straw beer with a decent white head. LIght hay and apple aroma. Weak malt and slight grainy flavor. Slight grassiness. Not good.

(bottle) Pale golden colour with a small frothy white head, fast diminishing. Weak aroma of grassy hops, malts and cardboard. The taste is even worse: light taste of toasted malts with some hops in the sweet and short grainy finish, but most of all cardboard.

2004 or 2005 bottle provided by Tiggmtl and shared with him and Muzzlehatch, 6/3/2005. Clear, faded gold leaf body (aspargus urine as tiggmtl says). One-finger of white head recedes to cover. Aroma has grassy hops initially, but dies off quickly and I never find it again. It is soon replaced with corn flowers. Flavor is rusty, powdered sugar, bitter metal. Nasty corn-syrup sweetness. Metal lingers, almost sour on the end. Low to moderate carbonation. Very dry and stale beer, with a heavily filtered, bubbly, mouthfeel.
