Mosaic Session IPA is bursting with vibrant grapefruit aroma and flavors of citrus and tropical fruit. Our signature dry-hopping technique delivers an incredibly drinkable lower ABV beer without sacrificing hop appeal. Backlog. Golden colour with a white mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is tropical fruits, some water melon a bit sweet biscuits and some slight honey tones too. Flavour is toffee, some tropical fruits, mild bitter floral tones with some honey and mild biscuity and apricot tones.

Botte from a random liquor shop in A’dam. Pours deep golden with thin, persistent white head. It showed pineapple, tropical fruits, interestingly some coconut and a good proportion of bitterness in aroma and taste. Light bodied with average carbo, easy to drink. Although it wasn’t super fresh, but it was still a nice session ipa.

Botte at home. As "Karl Strauss Mosaic Session Ale". Aroma is tons of tropical fruity hops, citrus, grapefruit, pine resin. Flavour is lightly sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Exquisite fruity hoppy Session IPA, very easy and refreshing yet aromatic.

Draft at Good Beer Faucets, Tokyo. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, lychee and melon. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Good Beer Faucets, Tokyo. Poured a clear golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus fruits, buttery yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, fresh, fruity, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Fresh and fruity but with the right level of bitterness. Really nicely balanced.
