Dark color and creamy head. The aroma is dominated by dark chocolate, slightly coffee and caramel with hints of dried prunes and liquorice. Hop bitterness beautifully balances the sweeter malt base.

500ml Can - Dark brown with red tinges and a foamy head. Chocolate, dark bread, dried fruits and roasted malt in the aroma. The taste is chocolatey and slightly sweet with notes of coffee, vanilla, berries and some faint soapy notes too. A nice dunkel.

Superficial festival rating at Brew Festival, Oslo 2022. Saturday session 1. Black body under a big, creamy tan head. Aroma is dark malt and rye bread. Taste is medium sweet, dark malt, bread and hint of fruit. Medium body and same aftertaste. Quite straight forward, but nice, smooth and refreshing.

On tap at Brew Festival. A dark brown beer with a reddish hue and a dense finger-thick beige head. Lacing. The aroma is on the malty side with dark wort, toffee, dark bread and dried fruits. It's super smooth on the palate, medium to full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. It's lightly burnt in the flavor, else it's pretty much like the aroma with toffee, dark bread crust, some prune and wort. Some dark chocolate too. Medium length finish. A quite pleasant dunkel. 220430

Draught @ Beer Geek Bar, Prague. Tulip glass. :-/ Pours amber Black with a small creamy head. Chewy mouthfeel. Dry and roasted. Dark fruit and caramel.
