A unique pale lager brewed from several varieties of Czech hops, especially from the aromatic Žatec semi-fermented red from the Tršice region, and from a combination of classic and special Moravian malt called "KARAPILS". The latter gives the lager a higher fullness and a pleasant golden colour with amber-honey shades.

Can 50 cl. Dark golden, clear, white foamy head. Aroma: Czech hops, spicy-herbal, sweet malt candies and cookies. Taste with good hop bitterness, followed by malt with cookies, overall clean, drinkable, not bad.

# 2171; 8/2020. Malty and honey aroma, little bit fruity esters. Amber body, brilliant; off-white head. Metalic, malty, honey, slightly fruity, herbal; slightly medicinal tones. Slimy mouthfeel. Bad czech pils. Contain sugar - OMG, why!? 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Bottle from a local Lidl. Clear amber body, whtie head. Soft flowery-herbal dry aroma, vaaague caramelly maltiness. Dry taste... light flowery touches, some mild bitter touches. So, yeah, some actual Czech pilsner character here, even though it borders boredom. I'd go for this again!
