Beer inspired by historic Berliner Weisse, macerated with fresh peaches.

Strong aroma of peaches, citrus and Haribo sweets. Light bodied with higher acidity with notes of apricots, lemons and funk in the finish. Refreshing and complex.

Bottle from Lya. Pours pale, opaque orange with thin white head. Nose is moderately tart, there's a hint of funk and a huge peach kick. Taste is low sourness again, not even close to the modern iterations of the style style, but I dont mind this at all. There's a light malty touch to it, and some funk's going on in there as well and the characteristics of the fruit is beautifully integrated into this all. Tart fruity finish, light body, soft to average carbonation. Loved it.

Wytrawne, mineralne, na granicy wodnistosci, aromat nie powala, ale owocki w smaku fajne. CzeLam sa calkiem spoko, jak na berlinery, wychodzi na to, ze lepsiejsze niz PolLam

Bottle at a tasting. Rather thin body, high carbonation. Moderate peach presence, cleanly present, pleasantly integrated, rounded. Moderate sourness, very clean, lactic only. These two things mostly define the character. Easy drinking, tasty, very good.

0.75l, bottle from Velký/Malý. Very pale golden body, bubbly, tiny white head. Excellent aroma, perfumey peach most of the way. The taste is remarkably lean and dry, so damn lean and dry, peachy at times, but also, tart, cleanly and juicily tart. Peach jam, but ephemeral, lean, like some sort of tart peach, ending herbal, slightly underripe peach. Interesting, tasty in a way.
