Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren as Mead Scientist. Hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, honey and a little perfume. Flavour is malt, honey, sweet, little perfume, fruit, citric, spices, herbal and a little lemon.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours almost clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of honey, light sourness, herbs, basil, citrus, lemon and lime. Flavor is sweet, light sour, honey, herbal, basil, citrus, lime. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet and light sourish finish. Quite strange, but okies. 210919
