Barva tmave zlatava. Pena nizka a hned pryc. Vune kvasnice, slad. Riz nizsi, je to trochu vycpele. Vyssi stredni plnost, takove to kellerbierove bahynko. Chut sladova, trochu karamelu. Dojezd stredne dlouhy suchy dokysela. Horkost nizsi stredni. Fajn polotmavy kellerbier, skoda mirne vycpelosti, asi ho tu susim uz dlouho.

Fles in Duitsland gekocht, thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een licht troebel oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van mout en een hint toffee. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet en wat kruidig.

0.5 l bottle from 'REWE' (Wyk auf Föhr), best before October 2023. A little hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, gently floral aroma of caramel, honey, grains and some straw. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral taste of grains, caramel, straw and some honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. A bit too grainy for my liking, other than that quite okay.
