Old rating - From the tap at Le Hocq Inn on Jersey. Pours a dark amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, pine & malty hops. A mild to medium bitter finish. Enjoyable enough that I had 2 more.

Keg @ Ad Astra Cidery, Somerset. Pours gold, small white head. Gentle sweet aroma, floral. Doesn't quite come across like a stateside pale ale, more of a weak, thin bodied English pale interpretation with gentle citrus notes and perhaps a light floral bubblegum sweetness running throughout. Ok.

Fles gedeeld door Koenzie, geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van hop. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet en hoppig.

[33cl bottle from Lidl, Crowthorne.] A bright golden amber pour with a loose white head; aroma of bitter herbs; caramel malt body with a touch of honey adding sweetness; and some pithy citrus and bitter herbs to finish. Not bad, but not stateside.

Pale golden colour with thin head. It's quite bland and doesn't really match the typical profile on American IPA. It's a slightly more bitter golden ale.

330ml bottle from Lidl. Deep gold in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. Aroma of citrus hops and tangerines with some malty sweetness. Flavour had caramel upfront, with some slightly earthy malts, more fruit and a dryish finish. Robust and decent drinking.
