A dark enriched black and white stout balanced by ploughing through roasted malts and flaked oats with a slightly subtle but bitter hop character.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Dark brown, brief head. Cocoa aroma. Dry and fairly light bodied with clean mouthfeel. There’s tobacco, salty licorice and some dark chocolate. Salty licorice finish. Flavourful, but a bit sharp.

Cask gravity Catford BF 06. Very dark brown/ruby with thin beige head. Stouty aroma. Choc, some coffee, fruits are quite apparent, blackberry and black cherry. Slightly sweet stout. Certainly not dry, some sour liquorice. Nice enough.
