Old rating from 28-10-16 - On tap at JB's Brewhouse in St Helier, Jersey. Pours a hazy golden colour with a foamy white head. Aromas of grain, malt & flora. Tastes is on the sweet side with toffee, bread, grass, grain, malt & hints of lemon present. Aftertaste is of a bready malty medium bitter finish.

Keg at Heidrun, 05/07/17. Pale blonde with a decent white head. Nose is straw, bready malts, grains, light spice, lemon rind. Taste comprises corn, bread dough, cereals, splash of lemon, pale malts , freshly cut grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close . Crisp clean lager bier ... solid stuff.

Draft @ La Tana, Bruxelles, merci Tderoeck. Dorée sans avoir le trouble du style, col blanc. Arôme offre de suite cette signature Wild Beer sans avoir l’effet un peu aigrelet des autres bières, nez finemetn houblonné noble allemand, avec un malt pils type Weyer et un léger Munich cara, houblonné modéré restant sur du Haller / Mittel. Palais est léger malté pils distinct, avec encore ce profile type de Wild Beer, houblonné noble, fleuri, Mittelfruh avec un léger fini vert fleuri frais houblonné. Amertume est moyenne, léger et crisp.

Taste: lots of grains, hay, malty, cow fodder, slightly sourish. Aftertaste: fruity, very malty, little sweet, metallic, grains.
