Tuco är en oatmeal stout, gjord på sex olika sorters malt, varav en är en rökmalt som ger en känsla av att sitta vid lägerelden på kvällen.
Tuco har tre olika sorters humle med amerikansk touch i whirlpoolen.

Maltig, rostad, nyanserad smak med tydlig beska, inslag av kaffe, kavring, apelsinchoklad, charkuterier, nötter och tobak.

Tuco är den tredje ölen i vår serie om filmen "Den gode, den onde och den fule". De två tidigare är "Blondie" och "Angel Eyes".

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque, dark brown with a frothy, beige head - extremely lively pour. Roasty nose. Medium body, solid roast, salty licorice while the promised smokiness is fairly downplayed and only adds a spicy edge. Subtle bitterness. Very well executed actually. 221121

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black, small head. Aroma of coffee and licorice. Dry with fairly light body and clean mouthfeel. Coffee, licorice and pine. Resinous finish.
