Seit 2020 das neue Weißbier von unserem Braumeister Sebastian Lochner. Nach urbayrischer Rezeptur gebraut mit hohem Weizenmalzanteil, hat unser flaschengereiftes Weißbier ein besonders volles Hefearoma und dabei einen leicht fruchtigen Geschmack. Das naturtrübe und unfiltrierte Bier ist ein Hochgenuss für jeden Weißbierkenner.

Optisch unauffällig, ordentlich Perlung, Schaum passt. In der Nase Nelke. Setzt sich im Trunk fort, dezent bitter, trocken, okay.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow with a fluffy head. Green banana and green apple, clove, white wine, lemon zest. Dry sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry sourish fruity finish. Okay.

Bottle from REWE Getränkemärkte Zolling consumed at home Thursday 21st April cooking Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas and Tartare Sauce listening to Steve Lamaq (Round Table on 6Music. Pours hazy gold with a huge white head. Nice softness, a little buzzy citrus and banana combo', wheatiness, it's a solid Weißbier.

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, wheaty, malty, slightly yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of clove, dried banana, banana bread. Taste is minimally dry, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy, minimally citrusy, hints of dried banana, banana bread, a touch of clove, a lemon dash. Minimally creamy, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Summerly, refreshing - OK.

Appearance: light gushing, cloudy yellow with a large frothy white head of medium retention. Aroma: overripe apples, wheat bread, clove, banana, distant leather. Taste: medium dry, otherwise as discribed above. Additional hop. Not much of. Mouth feel: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: not my favourite Weizen. Just OK.

0,5 l bottle from a local Getränke Hoffmann. Cloudy flat golden in the glass with a very frothy two finger white head. Wheat yeast with orange and some clove on the nose. But not a lot. Taste starts dry wheaty, low orange, yeast. Not a lot more. Just okay.

Bottle, returned from the west. Hazy pale yellow, offwhite lace. Brioche and peach aroma. Medium to light body, light fizziness. A bit sour grain, light spice and banana, pistacio, marzipanny mealy finish.

Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow with a lovely white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast and citrus fruits. Taste is more wheat, yeast and rather bold citrus fruits with hints of banana appearing very late. Low sweetness, medium bitterness, strong carbonation. Nice one.
