Tasted at ’Bierweekend de lambiekstoempers’ 2015. Pours clear blonde, good white head. Smell is grainy, intense. Taste is sharp, bit bitter. Malty and aromatic. Elegant yeastprofil. Bit dry perhaps, but def. no straight saison to me.

New saison from Millevertus with thick, creamy, off-white head and cloudy peach blonde colour with pinkish hue. Aroma of peach, white bread, flowers, pear, honey, apple; peachy fruity taste, hints of pineapple and banana, somewhat oily mouthfeel, smooth caramelly malts, bready yeastiness with mild, leafy hop bitterishness, earthy. Decent and solid for its style.

29/VIII/15 - 33cl bottle @ Lambiekstoempers bierfestival - BB: n/a (2015-1156)

Clear orange beer, creamy off-white to yellow head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit spicy, coriander, yeast, fruity touch, somewhat spicy, more coriander. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, malty to sugary start, ripe banana, pretty spicy, quite some coriander. Aftertaste: little bitter, malty, some caramel, bitter touch, bit grassy, milk chocolate. Weird flavours for a saison...
