La Mélina: dunckelweisen type (dark wheat beer), this beer is part of the white family by its wheat content (50%). It therefore offers the acid / tart notes of the white wines. But the presence of roasted barley malt gives it a dark color and hints of roasted roast typical of brunettes. In the end, a completely surprising brown white hybrid!
