Ooh, now this is a nice one. Super smooth, and fairly sweet. Loads of sweet, soft, white wine flavours, but still remaining clearly a lambic. Lovely intensity in flavour, great balance. I'd like to drink more of this for sure!

12/IX/20 - 75cl bottle @ Cantillon brewery (Brussels), BB: XI/2029, bottled: 18/XI/19 (2020-889) Thanks to Erwin and ElManana+1 for sharing today’s beers.
Clear yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of oysters, wave breakers, minerals, slightly acidic impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice and fruity, bit floral, soft acidity, nice stuff, bit funky, some cellar musty. Aftertaste: bit dry, fruity, slightly fishy (?), grapes, little sweet, soft acidity, gentle bitterness, slightly metallic, some minerals, good one!

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is very vinous, oak barrel, tart white grapes and a lively deep funk. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
