440ml can. Clear golden, big white head. Aroma of orange and grapefruit, earthy pine, resin. Taste of earthy pine, resinous, citrusy, orange and grapefruit, hop spice, caramel and biscuity malt, bitter finish. That's an excellent WC IPA.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bright pine and a hint of flora with a bit of citrus rind and grain backing. Flavor has grass and earthy grain with a growing pine bite.

From cask at Shirker’s Rest with Bjørn 03.12.22. Translucent golden. Diminishing white head. Rich aroma and taste of pale malt, Sevilla marmalade, bitter citrus and pine shoot. Solid bitterness is lingering on.

Can from Drinkmonger Pitlochry. It pours lightly hazy golden - orange with a lasting, fluffy white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, fresh and bright, sappy, resinous, tangy orange marmalade, blood orange, grapefruit and bready malt base. The taste is firm and dry, pleasing hit of bitterness which lingers, pine needles, prickly, nip of spice, sappy, resinous, green vibes, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, orange peel, kumquat, pomelo, touch of alcohol and some bready malt in the base with a drying, bitter finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Lovely stuff. Flavourful and moreish. A great west coast IPA.

440ml can from Bitter Virtue, Southampton. Drank in our cabin while at sea off the coast of Portugal on 14th June 2022. Misty, dull amber body, smooth white head. Piney nose and initial taste, some citrus elements arrive, almost balanced out by some caramel sweetness. Decent.
