Pure is an organic artisanal beer from Provence, which benefits from an irreproachable water quality. Our brewers have selected 3 organic malts and 3 organic hops of great finesse, in order to bring a subtle and balanced bitterness. To support its unique profile, combining floral, fruity and woody notes, our brewers also blend some spices during brewing. During cellaring, we carry out dry hopping and aging with several species of wood.
