Bottle from Fountainhall wines Aberdeen. It pours hazy golden - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The is kinda chalky upfront, estery, pear drops, melon, plum, touch of apricot, some bubblegum, pink marshmallow, sponge cake and floury bread. The taste of crisp upfront, some dryness and bitterness, pithy, orange peel, pear, melon, crunchy apple, sponge cake, slightly chalky, minerality, spice, clove rock and muted alcohol with a short, dryish finish. Average body and moderate+ foamy carbonation. Decent enough blonde ale. No wowz but drinkable.

Bottle @ home. Clear, deep golden body under a big white head. Aroma has malt, spicy yeast and a floral touch with hint of citric fruits. Taste is sweet, pale malt, with spicy yeast, flowers, citric fruit and some white sugar without ending too sweet. Medium body, same aftertaste. A nice, tasty and refreshing Belgium blonde.

Good, stable, ever so slightly yellowish head over orangey golden beer, finely carbonated. Spicy malts dominating, hints at candi sugar, dried herbs. Bitterish flavour, certain hints at continental hops. Still sweetish, dull-malty. Light to medium body, quite slick, quite good carbonation. Sorry, dull. Thanks to Stef!
