This slightly sour Wild Little Thing has just the right smack of tartness for serious refreshment, while guava, hibiscus and strawberry lend fruity-sweet depth and a bright pop of color.

12 ounce can from Woodman's Appleton, 3/23/20. Clear pink-red, thin fizy white head, fair retention. Strong funk in the aroma with pepper, earth, berry. Taste is strawberry, guava, mild funk. Medium bodied, juicy.

Once again I'm faced with the supreme letdown of opening a beer and having a bright pink liquid greet me in my glass. Not that Wild Little Thing is terrible, it's just...very, very pink. Strawberry and citric tartness mix with floral hibiscus and a guava-grain sweetness underneath. More than slightly sour, and not undrinkable, but certainly not the beverage I need to stare down the apocalypse.

Tap at the Torpedo Room. Pours bright cherry red with a pink tinged head. Aroma is mildly tart and cherry. Medium body. Flavor is arguably cherry- lightly tart and sour. I’m thinking tart/sour Jolly Rancher. Some wheatiness goes in and out. Tastes good and is a bit fun.

Draft/Fest. A- Raspberry, strawberry, hard candy sweetness. A- Red color, clear liquid, pink head. T- Stawberry, slightly sweet, juicy. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, fruity finish. O- Had not even heard of this and assumed it was a take on Hazy Little Things but not really. Very fruit forward. Lots of guava beers lately and this was a great one. Didn't get much guava other than it adding to the fruit forward flavors but got a lot of strawberry. Not sweet or cloying or fake tasting. Nice beer.
