From bottle at Foeders, Amsterdam. Aroma is intense sour raspberry with tropical nuances from the passion fruit. Lightly funky. Puckering sourness, bit acidic. Fairly prominent carbonation, medium body. Good stuff!

At Zum Franziskaner. (vintage 2019) Dark red with a small head. Tart with raspberries, some funk and oak. Very refreshing and nicely drinkable. An excellent beer.

Flaska från Bokke, 2019. Något mörkare röd med rödvit krona. Mycket hallon i doften, med passionsfrukt längre bak. Stor hallonsmak, frisk och samtidigt mjuk syra. Inte alls så aggressiv i syran som hallon annars kan vara - trots att passionsfrukt är med här också. Snygg ton från passionsfrukt även om den ligger bakom hallonen i både doft och smak. Hade gärna fått komma fram lite mer i smaken, för att det är en så himla angenäm ton. Bra doft, något lägre i smak.

Yesterday. Right. Incredible fruit presence with both the deep raspberry character of puur and bright bursting passion fruit. Very high acidity which is kind of a pity but it’s incredibly good in small glasses.

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Vintage 2019. Dark red color, small white head. Smells of passion fruit, raspberries, jammy, grassy, spices. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of raspberries, passion fruit, grassy, citric, herbal, bit jammy. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of passion fruit, citric and raspberry notes. Very very nice one, dry and sour but very good to drink 9,4,9,4,18

Hazy red purple with a pink head. Aroma of big tart and fresh raspberry, tart passion fruit and a lovely soft funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Passion fruit really showing in the flavour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
