New Years dinner part 3. Paired with coalfish, tomatillo and pepper salsa. The light fruitiness of the dish marries perfectly with the beer and the silky fish and light heat of the salsa takes it to the next level. Beautiful beer and a delicious pairing!

Bottle at Zum Franziskaner. Hazy reddish with a small head. Vinous and nicely sour with peach, funk and some wood. The finish was dry. Tasty stuff.
