The noble scent of hops and a characteristic, delicate bitterness along with amber colour and excellent clarity are the biggest advantages of Perla. Lublin hops from the finest growers, select natural ingredients, and a traditional brewing recipe combine to set the standard for the number one seller in the Lublin region.

Hops can be smelled right after opening. A minute later they disappear, leaving the place to wet dog scent, and some mothballs.
Rather light bitterness, watery.
Very high carbonation, as always in "Perła Chmielowa".
It's been a while since I first drank it (before the craft beers boom), and it's far worse than the first time it came out.

Aroma: malt and light hops, generally weak, slightly metallic. Straw-coloured, foam quickly dissipates, low carbonation. Natural malt flavour without syrupiness and a touch of hops, so not bad. Full, delicate body, with some lemon notes, pleasantly refreshing. Alcohol undetectable. More hops would be nice, but it's okay.

Bottle. Pleasant, overly sweet, artificial aroma and taste with an underwhelming, long lasting finish. Good, very well crafted one. Helyi borsodi baszki.

31.10.18 Aromat słód i lekki chmiel ogólnie słaby zapach lekko metaliczny./ Słomkowy kolor piana szybko opadająca duże nasycenie.

Bootle 0,5ltr: Clear golden coloured brew with an sweet/grassy start like most East-European brews, not bad and not good at all.
