500ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish wheaty aroma, notes of banana, hints of peach, a touch of clove. Taste is dry, wheaty, fruity, hints of banana, pear and apple, a grassy and minimally husky touch; slightly watery. OK.

Draft @ Fränkisches Bierfest, Nürnberg. Pours a hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana aroma. Fruit wheat malty spicy banana flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty banana finish.

Leicht hefiger, dann eher mild herber Antrunk. Wenig bananig, trockener, nicht aber intensiver werdend. Ok.. 9/8/7/6/7/7

0,5 l bottle. Big thank you to Kristall-König. Unclear pale orange in the glass. Only a small one finger head. Yeast and dry fruity on the nose. Starts wheaty with a mid bitterness, yeast, citrusfruit. Dry malty sequences at the finish. Not that kind of Hefeweizen I expected.

Schön trockenes, recht herbes Weizen. Mild-weich, schöne volle Hefenote. Kaum fruchtig, eher recht trocken mit einem Hauch von Nelken. Lecker süffig und trocken mit moderater Herbe im Nachgeschmack. Lecker!

50cl bottle. BBE 27.01.15. Poured hazy golden color, thick white head. Banana, bubblegum, wheat aroma, quite your typical hefeweizen aroma. Flavor has clove, wheat, fruits, mild sweetness. Refreshing, quite crisp. Slightlythin, very drinkable. Tasty.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty-yeasty. Fruity notes of apricot, modest sweet. Finish still mild, yeasty-fruity. I liked it!

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein milchig trübes goldenes Bier mit schnell verschwindener Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, würzig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack sehr aromatisch fruchtig, leicht bananig, würzig, Nelke.

Bottle at the brewery. Cloudy pale gold lasting white head. Fresh yeasty aroma with esters. Flavour is full. The best weisse so far by quite some way. Some tropical fruit. Don’t know how they do it but one of the best breweries in Franconia. Good weisse. Right mix of hop wheat esters. Really good.
