Can. Pomona Island online. Mostly clear, dark cola brown. Thin, pale tan head is semi lacing. Nose has thin roast malt. Some iced coffee. Wisp of cocoa. Taste is a little dry and lightly sweet. Light body. Pretty watery considering the ABV. Fine carbonation. Dry and thin finish. Pomona Island seem to nail 3 out of 4 beers. This is the other 1.

Keg @ Jack In The Box at Mackie Mayor, Manchester. Extremely dark with a small head. A notable strength both dictates and subdues its crisp textured gritty roasted malts - it also has a heavy nose in this respect. Has a dense aftertaste.
