1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 varietals of raspberries and red vineyard peaches. The brightness of the raspberries blended with the softness of the vineyard peaches gives way to a very smooth mouthfeel. Bottled January 2020.

Thanks CT for sharing the 2019 bottle! Cup showing dark vinous red with an everlasting half a finger of pink foam.

The nose shows intense tart notes of tomato and light raspberry. Peaches become more apparent upon decanting.

The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Peach forward with a lot of juicy raspberries and a very well balanced tartness.

Bottle, maybe from Foeders, a lockdown purchase. 2019 vintage. Pours light hazed pink to red pour with white foam. Aroma: raspberry, peach, floral. Taste: similar to aroma, fairly assertive acidity, some minerality, light funk. Spritzy carbonation. All nicely balanced.

Pours clear darker pinkred/amber. Small to no white head. Scent is intense, raspberry up front. Touch of acidity (acetic) Taste is full, tart, candy-like raspberry, very intense, very rounded up by the pjassel. Lovely , lovely fruitbalance. Def to the more sour side, but still more than acceptable, due to the balance. Amazing fruit balance, tad to acetic and tart .

Lambic heaven. Raf delivers as always. Taste raspberry dominated. Nose getting better and better warming up. Wineyard peaches are there and present. Sour!
