1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 varietals of raspberries and red vineyard peaches. The brightness of the raspberries blended with the softness of the vineyard peaches gives way to a very smooth mouthfeel. Bottled January 2020.

2019 bottle. Hazy red color with white head. Aroma is peach and raspberries. Taste is raspberries, peach, mild funk, mineraly, tart finish. Mineraly mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Very, very good!

02.06.2021: 0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Deep reddish color, small off white head. Smells Raspberries, peaches, tobacco ish, wood, jammy, grape notes. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of raspberries, peaches, grapes, tobacco, oak, tannins. Finishes dry and rather sour raspberries, peaches and some tannins. Very nice one, but also rather on the sour, not my favorite Bokke, but quite good one

23.03.2025: 0,75l bottle at home during Charity Tasting. Deep Red color, small white head. Smells raspberries, subtle vineyard peaches, peach pits. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes raspberries, lactic, grassy, earthy, citric. Finishes super dry and very sour with notes of raspberries, lactic and grassy notes. Super sour

Flaska från Bokke, 2019. Tjusigt lysande röd med rosavit krona. Superfrisk och pigg med fräscha hallontoner, oerhörd hallonbukett. Som med andra Framboos är det något högre syra som får igång salivproduktionen ordentligt. De röda persikorna sitter inledningsvis lite längre bak. Kommer fram i eftersmaken, och efter några munnar märks den mer och mer. Solvarma röda persikor och syrliga persikokärnor. De röda persikorna bland favoriterna från Bokke. Svårslagen kombo med hallon till. Så gott och samtidigt så lättdrucket. Fruktansvärt bra.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Deep red, pink head. Lots of jammy raspberries, some peaches, peach pits, oak, barnyard, sour, lemony, sweetish note. Outstanding.

Hazy red purple with a small pink head. Aroma of big peach, fresh and tinned with big fresh tart underripe raspberry and a light dry cellar, cobwebby funk. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
