1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with vineyard peaches, Gorsem cherries, white peaches, riesling and muscat grapes. Summer fruits blended with riesling for brightness, and muscat to further push the aromatic harmony. Bottled February 2020.

06.03.2022: 0,75l bottle at home shared by Sander, big thanks. Vintage 2019. very nice redish hazy color, small white head. smells stone fruits, apricots, marzipan, vinous, wood, lovely smell after a bit of breathing. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of stone fruits, aprictos, apricot pits, marzipan, spices, grassy, herbal, vinous, grape notes. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, vinous notes and some grassy notes. very very nice one, lovely fruit notes, very good stuff.
23.03.2025: 0,75l bottle at home during Charity Tasting. Deep Red color, small white head. Smells peaches, cherries, subtle Pinot, peach pits, lovely lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes peaches, cherries, wine barrel, peach pits, cinnamon, light vanilla. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of peaches, grapes and cherry notes. Very nice one, amazing balance, lots and lots of fruit notes, everything blends very well together

Bottle, 750 ml, shared at the charity tasting. Hazy reddish with white head. Vineyard peaches all over, smooth, vinous, some wood, medium sourness. Juicy. Balanced.

Rated at millan biliskellari. Tart and sourish, loads of berries and cherries, some grapes, peachy notes are quite subtle. Vinous and a bit stuffy. Not quite as good as I remembered

Bouteille 75cl, split with the fine folks at El Birrot, thanks Isaac and Sergi. Anno 2019, bottled on 02/2020.
Couleur bourgogne pâle, col fin rosé.
Arôme offre un nez plaisant avec de belles effluves alliant les effluves des lambics et le fruité - ici, tout comme en bouche, la cerise est plus dominante, en retrait de fines notes de funk et pêche.
Palais présente une belle approche de l'assemblage des lambics - le tout met l'accent sur sa base fruitée - le caractère cerise se démarque avec en retrait une petite douceur de pêche blanche. L'apport Riesling reste plus difficile à percer. In fine, un mélange plaisant, mais peut-être mieux adapté à boire par fruit singulier à la Tilquin - exemple pour le Riesling.

Happy winter solstice! Absolutely delicious fruit lambic with a ton of vibrant and fragrant fruits and berries. Paired with a red wine risotto with pomegranate seeds and crispy pancetta which was damn good too.
