Drukket på Lillehøgda. Svart. Luftig lysebrunt skum som daler raskt og etterlater litt lacing. Forsiktig aroma av røstet malt. Smaken metallisk. Litt lakris. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning. Litt for lite innhold til å kunne hevde seg.

330ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Black pour, firm, fawn coloured head, solid lacing. Moderate, plain dark malty nose, nicely roasted. Rounded taste profile of black chocolate malts, distant notes of prunes, and a coffee bite. Mid-sweet black malty ending, roasted. Does not taste that strong. Pleasing without further excitements. (Tromsø 11.02.2022).

Gammel rating (3000-4000) som ikke kom med fra Ratebeer. Smaking på Trym, Sørumsand. Med Olav. + 27.5.23 på Holen`s gun place + 10.7.21 på Kurts Plata O Plomo Bar.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.7%. Black colour (note: artificial colour E150c has been used here), moderate beige head. Aroma of roast malts, caramel, maize, mild coffee and dark chocolate. Light bodied for its strength. Flavour of roast malts, mild coffee, some caramel sweetness, moderate bittering hops.

F: big, tanned, good retention. C: black, opaque. A: dark malts, bit caramel, dark bread crust, bit coffee, dark fruits. T: dark malts, dark fruits, bit roasted tones, prunes, dark caramel, medium to full body, bit more sweet yet not bad, medium carbonation, enjoyed, 0,5l can from Terno supermarket in Aupark in Bratislava.

Deep brown. Opaque. Little ivory head. Stays as a lace. Sweet aroma of molasses, brandy, dark fruit. Light to medium body. Semidry. Rich malty. Molasses. Dried fruit. Solid ending bitterness. Very decent

0.33l can enjoyed in the queue to CBC 2014. Looks good. A black bodied one with a nice big dark brown head. Nice lacing capabilities. Roasted nose, lots of cold coffee. Some dark caramel. Not horrible, some cardboard hints. Lots of flavor surprisingly. Really dark roasted, almost burned. Thin oily in the mouth. Lots of sweetness also. Cold coffee. Well, it does the job. 03.05.2014
