The night air casts a fresh, rich scent as the raven settles on a branch heavy with apples. Beneath the moon an apple thuds as it hits the ground. The Raven swoops down on black wings; tonight, he feasts.
Artisan Cider handcrafted from a blend of BC apples and Tayberries. This combo has a big flavor and a complex character with low residual sugar. Tayberries a cross between a blackberry and a red raspberry are aromatic, have a semi-tart flavor, and a beautiful maroon colour. We pick them at the height of ripeness when those sweet-tart raspberry/blackberry notes are at their peak.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Nice deep pink body, okay foam, soft smooth fruitiness on the nose of no distinction. Flavour is nice floral citrus, apple hints, round and perhaps that's the tayberry talking but I don't really know what a tayberry tastes like. Crisp finish. Decent enough.
