Bottle at home in London - picked up from the brewery. Pours cloudy orange-gold, with a thick, creamy white head. (I let this beer stand for a few weeks, so the cloudiness has really dug its heels in.) The aroma is nice, with a fair bit of bready malt poking through, then some creamy citrus fruits, tangerine, orange, a little pine. Medium sweet flavour with ripening citrus fruits, sugary pale bread, bitter orange rind, pine, light alcohol. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with moderate hop resin, more ripening citrus, lightly dried pale bread, subtle oily pine, a little boozy warmth. Not the most refined IPA, but the hop expression is vibrant and true.

Bottle at home, 18/12/15. Hazed orange amber with a decent cream cap. Nose is bitter orange, straw, melon, light peach, toasted bread. Taste comprises orange pith, light mineral strokes, grain, melon, tangerine, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterness. Ok IPA if a little too earthy.
