Syrligheten tillsammans med ett mjukt maltstöd gör att den passar utmärkt till charkuterier, gräddost, oliver och fruktiga desserter.

Bottled (from Systembolaget Delfingatan Luleå). Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is sea buckthorn, some floral tones with mild tart wood. Flavour is sea buckthorn, some grains and mild herbal tones. Very nicely dry palate.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, small head. Citric aroma with plenty sea buckthorn. Acetic with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citric acid and sea buckthorn. Puckering finish.

[ As Pite Havtorn Surne ].
ABV: 4.5%. Hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sour, sea buckthorn, tart. light dough. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, sour - tart, sea buckthorn, wheat, light dough - baking yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 330ml bottle, many thanks to djoeye for sharing. Naked at the top, poor lacing, cloudy pale golden body. Hints of berry skins on the nose, dry. Berry-fruity tartness to the taste character. Ends fruity, dry, sweet, and semi-tart. Drinkable. (Rating session with djoeye, lmojoh and Finn, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 25.02.2021).
