Best before 05/25, I have found this bottle from Amstein, drinking it at the beginning of the night. A typical golden ale, rather light, malty with an aromatic bitterness and a hint of sweetness typical with this kind of beer, refreshing.

500ml bottle from Asda. It pours clear yellow - gold with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, nice elderflower character, orangey citrus in the mix, apricot, peach and some biscuit. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, touch of bitterness, peppery spice, grassy, fragrant, mellow elderflower, pithy, zesty, grapefruit rind and some biscuity milk with a drying, floral finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Decent chugger. I like elderflower in beer, so happy to chug.

500ml bottle as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Very light gold, clear with very little head. Light grassy aroma, a little bit of lime zest. Tastes pleasantly bitter, a ghost of fruity hop before it’s gone. Bitter back-of-the-tongue aftertaste. There’s incredibly little to it, but it’s easygoing without any major problems.
