Never Stop Dreaming is a New England Style DIPA (8.7%). We did not hold back for this one and used no less than 4 different hop varieties.

The hop blend for the double dry hop consists of Citra and Galaxy, supplemented with Sabro and Ekuanot for spectacular and surprising tropical flavors. We also used a good dose of oats for a smooth mouthfeel. We fermented the beer with our favorite Vermont yeast.

Can at Café De Koffer, Groningen. Royally hopped with juicy tropical fruits, oats, citrus, mango, orange, touch of pine. Picking up just a little hopburn, too bad, lacks a little smoothness. Medium body. Aroma checks out with tons of tropical fruits. Overall very nice.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly soft and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Smooth pine into a light but very pleasing Sabro pineapple and coconut. Some mellow but reasonably rich Citra citrus. Also ran were Equanot and the formerly aggressively bitter but now lobotomized Galaxy hop, just some welcome fruit salad sweets. Smooth semi dry finish. Light and perhaps a little dry but packed with good hop fruits and very drinkable.

0.44 l can from 'Ace Drinks', best before January 2021. Hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, gently dank and minimally oniony aroma of mango, orange and some papaya. Gently sweet, fairly juicy, rather fruity taste of mango, orange and papaya, followed by a short, minimally bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really tasty, very juicy, good!

Can at tasting. Aroma of oat, orange, pineapple, onion hop, citrus and mango. Taste has creamy mango, pineapple, creamy orange, oat, onion hop, citrus and bitter hops. Not bad, it's somewhat bitter, but also really creamy. Overhyped though.
