Bottle at home. Aroma of malt, caramel, nuts, hint of nutmeg. Flavour is moderate sweet with a nice moderate bitter finish. Body is medium. Well, this is definitely my kind of Bock, being relatively bitter and not that sweet.

Pours a clear dark brown body and a dense light brown head with reasonable retention. Aroma's: malty sweetness, dark fudge, some red fruit. Retronasal follows this, a bit bready too. Flavour is moderate malty sweet and light roasty bitter. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Long finish, increasingly dry and moderate bitter. Pretty decent bock.

Clear deep ruby brown colour, large creamy beige head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Aroma roasted malts, caramel, earthy, grass. Taste medium to light heavy sweet and medium (malt) bittter, roasted, husky and dusty. Medium body, oily texture, bit coarse mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lingering sweetbitter aftertaste, roasted, earthy, a nice Bock, less sweet than most Dutch Bocks.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Caramel, roast and nutmeg in the aroma. Malty roasty sweetish flavor with caramel and nutmeg. Hints of cinnamon. Decent, not too sweet, almost German in character.

Bottle. Color: In between amber and ruby, thin off-white head. Taste: Medium sweet, malty, notes of caramel, toffee and raisins. Getting grassy hopbitter towards the finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Above medium body, below average carbonation. Nice bock!
